About the Administration

The Scholarship Administration, a department within the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, is responsible for managing and regularly following up on the affairs of Northern Border University's scholars, both domestically and abroad. It provides them with the necessary support and answers their questions and inquiries.

The administration serves as a vital communication channel between the university's various academic departments and colleges, the Saudi Cultural Attachés in the scholarship countries (for overseas scholarships), and the deanships of graduate studies at Saudi universities (for domestic scholarships).

Additionally, the Scholarship Administration handles various scholarship requests administratively—such as extensions, upgrades, change of major, or academic trips—and refers them to the relevant department and college councils for academic review.
