Overseas Scholarship Unit:  The Scholarship Administration handles all procedures for the university's overseas scholars. This includes following up on scholarship applications received from Saudi Cultural Attachés via the "Safeer" platform and issuing financial guarantees for all overseas scholars.

Local  Scholarship Unit:   The department is responsible for the affairs of the university's domestic scholars. This includes following up on scholarship applications received from the deanships of graduate studies at Saudi universities and reviewing domestic scholars' requests for legally entitled allowances.

Documentation and Archive Unit: The Scholarship Administration is tasked with the careful handling and storage of all documentation. This includes receiving and securely filing all incoming files, transactions, and documents, as well as official scholarship decisions. The department ensures that these records are archived both electronically and as hard copies within the dedicated files of each university scholar.

Academic Progress Report Unit: This unit is responsible for regularly requesting and monitoring the academic reports of the university's scholars. The main goal is to assess the scholars' academic progress and provide a copy of the reports to the relevant academic departments within the university's colleges.

The Statistics Unit: It is concerned with preparing regular statistical reports for university scholarships and measuring the performance indicator of university scholarships.
