4. Monitor, evaluate, and periodically improve the scholarship system.
Tasks:
1. Prepare management activity plans and oversee their implementation after approval.
2. Implement systems, regulations, and instructions related to scholarships.
3. Develop the annual scholarship plan for university members after coordinating with relevant authorities.
4. Monitor the implementation of the university's general scholarship policy.
5. Prepare reports on recommendations from college councils and similar bodies regarding teaching assistants and lecturers, assisting the Permanent Committee for Scholarships in making appropriate recommendations based on the annual scholarship plan.
6. Prepare reports on scholarship recipients and recommend the extension or termination of scholarships based on proposals from college councils, deanships, and relevant authorities.
7. Coordinate with academic departments or the functional liaison of scholarship recipients to prepare reports for the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research concerning students who have failed during their scholarship period.
8. Contribute to organizing training programs that prepare students for international tests required for university admissions.
9. Organize specialized courses to enhance the research capabilities of university teaching assistants and lecturers.
10. Support teaching assistants and lecturers in obtaining admission to prestigious international universities.
11. Complete scholarship procedures for university members in coordination with the Deanship of Human Resources.
12. Prepare annual statistics on university scholarship students, teaching assistants, and lecturers, ensuring communication with relevant parties.
13. Communicate with university scholarship students and assist in resolving any issues they may face in coordination with relevant organizational units.
14. Participate in identifying performance measurement indicators for all activities related to the administration, regularly reviewing and developing them after approval.
15. Assist in identifying the administration's needs for human resources, equipment, and materials, and follow up to ensure their provision.
16. Help identify the training needs of the administration's employees and nominate them for appropriate training programs.
17. Prepare periodic reports on the administration's activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement.
18. Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of the position’s responsibilities.
