• External Scholarship Unit:  It carries out all procedures for university scholarships abroad, follows up on scholarship requests from the Saudi cultural Bureau through the Safir platform, and issues financial guarantees for scholarship STU abroad.
• The Internal Scholarship Unit:   It is concerned with the affairs of the university’s internal scholarships by following up on the applications for scholarship procedures received from the deanships of postgraduate studies in Saudi universities, in addition,  reviewing the applications of the allowances due for the internal scholarship students.
• Copy and Archive Unit: It receives and saves files, transactions, documents, and scholarship decisions and archives them in soft and hard files.
• Study Reports Unit: Follow up and request academic reports of university scholarship students regularly to study the status of scholarship students and work to provide a copy to the academic departments in the university's various colleges.
• The Statistics Unit: It is concerned with preparing regular statistical reports for university scholarships and measuring the performance indicator of university scholarships.
